This morning — February 28, 2026 — Donald Trump announced on Truth Social, in a baseball cap, that the United States has launched major combat operations in Iran. He called it Operation Epic Fury. He did not ask Congress. He did not invoke the Constitution. He posted it on social media.

STORY 1 — THE WAR: What we know about the joint US and Israel strikes on Iran. Explosions in Tehran, Isfahan, Qom, Karaj, and Kermanshah. Missiles hitting US bases across the Middle East. The Strait of Hormuz reportedly closed. Fifty seven dead at a girls school in southern Iran. And a president who claimed in June that he already obliterated Iran's nuclear program — now launching another war to obliterate it again.

It would void all 161 million US voter registrations before 2026, require in person re-registration with birth certificates and matching documentation, mandate notarized absentee ballots, eliminate drop boxes, print ballots in English only in direct violation of the Voting Rights Act, and open federal citizenship databases to private citizens for mass voter roll purges. And it threatens RICO prosecution against anyone who resists.
