Ephesians 6:10-12, Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. (NKJV)

 

From the above scripture the Greek for ‘we do not wrestle against flesh and blood’ means, the wrestle to us is not of flesh and blood. This means that whether we believe in it or not, it’s coming our way. The devil doesn’t play by any rules, he uses any means necessary to destroy us. The word against, in the Greek talks primarily of our fight being hand to hand, toe to toe, eyeball to eyeball kind of combat. In this sermon, we also see the structure of satan’s chain of command so that we can wage a warfare against them with order!
