Wells.  On October 30, 1938, Orson Welles and the Mercury Theatre on the Air produced a broadcast that would go down in history because of the mass panic it caused among its audiences.  M-CHS Drama radio has taken on the challenge of writing our own adaptation of the classic broadcast, modernizing it and bringing it closer to home.</p>
