An uneducated coach can be one of the worst things as a client. A coach can be nice and a flowery individual, but when they are giving advice that may potentially dangerous not only to your physical but mental health as well. I know people can be extreme, but there are different ways to manage and reach the goals you want. The outside world can influence how we see ourselves and makes us unnecessarily harsh. Be kind, educate yourself, there are so many free resources on the internet.

As coaches we do not have the right to be careless.
