I love speaking to cops, and I got the chance to do it again yesterday when I was invited to address a class of the CA Command College. It was a three-hour presentation -- three hours!! And so I chose to talk about three different subjects, with spirited Q and A in each segment: the daily news of the intelligence memo; the media's relationship with law enforcement; and the phony debate over sanctuary cities/states. The last segment provided the most fireworks but only when I meandered into a diatribe about how the feds usually disrespected local cops, and why this fact suggested that local cops should be careful about being used by ICE.
