Let's talk about the signs that you might be overdoing it with self-help. First off, excessive self-analysis. It's great to reflect and learn from our experiences, but constantly overthinking and analyzing every little detail can lead to exhaustion and mental burnout.
Next up, the pursuit of perfectionism. Perfectionism is an illusion, and the idea that we must always strive for perfection can be detrimental to our well-being. Success comes from progress, not perfection.
Remember, you are your own expert. Trust in your own intelligence and intuition. You don't have to be perfect or have it all figured out. Embrace your imperfections and learn from your successes and failures.
So, don't forget to take breaks from self-help pursuits.
