Following his recent victory over Anthony Joshua, boxing promoter Frank Warren is calling for a rematch between his fighter, Daniel Dubois, and former undisputed heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk. Warren believes that the now more mature Dubois possesses the skills to overcome Usyk, who defeated Dubois in 2023. While a rematch clause exists in Dubois' contract with Joshua, it doesn't apply to Warren, leaving the possibility of a future fight open. Usyk is currently preparing for a rematch with Tyson Fury, while Joshua maintains he will continue his boxing career despite his recent loss.
