Ms. Pinney has many great stories surrounding the acquisition of certain items. The value of any piece lies, essentially, in each one's provenance, or its place of origin and ownership history.

The price range extends as low as a few hundred dollars and scales as high as $1 million, and the average item sells for $1,000 - $5,000.
