In this episode of The Form Check Podcast, we sit down with Bernardo C, to talk about the warrior mindset that all men must cultivate, as well as mentorship, counter terrorism and more. Originally from Mexico, Bernardo Immigrated to Israel as a young adult and went on to serve for over 17 years in the Israeli special operations community in roles such as, military special reconnaissance, federal agent assigned to dignitary close protection, and undercover and low visibility operations for a special intelligence unit in the Israeli Police, as well as various instructors roles throughout that time. Bernardo also founded and ran a training and mentorship organization for youth, successfully preparing countless young men for special forces units.

Bernardo now lives in the United States and trains civilians and law enforcement alike for Tactical Fitness Austin.
