Today’s Ten-Minute Morning builds strength through coordination — not force.

We move through a steady Warrior sequence (Warrior I → Warrior II → Flying Warrior → Peaceful Warrior → Low Revolved Lunge) with clean transitions and minimal stops. The goal isn’t intensity for its own sake. It’s organized effort. When the pieces line up, momentum shows up on its own.

If you’re listening audio-only, don’t worry about doing it “right.” Stay with your breath. Move honestly. That’s enough.
