Build confidence in what you're doing by just putting it out there. 

I don't have the classic radio voice, and I think there is a space on the internet for people who don't fit the mould. So, today I'm leaving in all the awkward pauses and bits where I trip over words. Time to own my foibles... And in the future, I'll start doing full edits of my podcast, as I  slowly move it towards making a professional-sounding podcast.
