The Egg Nog 

1 oz of heavy cream

1 whole egg

3/4 oz Rum (Plantation 5 Year)

3/4 oz Cognac

Barspoon of vanilla extract

3/4 oz simple syrup

1. Combine ingredients into your shaker and shake over ice.

2. Double strain into a double old fashioned glass.

3. Garnish with ground nutmeg.
