Mike and Jim discuss and debate the Netflix television series Stranger Things, which concluded its 5-season, and nearly 10-year, run at the end of 2025. While they agree the phenomenal first season was why the show became a huge hit, they think the show become formulaic and repetitive as it progressed, had some weak storytelling arcs, and took some big narrative swings to conclude the series, ultimately leaving them wondering if it was overrated.
