A Washington state jury acquitted three officers in the 2020 death of Manuel Ellis, a Black man who was shocked, beaten, and restrained face-down on a Tacoma sidewalk as he pleaded for breath.  The Ellis family attorney will be here to tell us how the family feels about this verdict.

The Black Mississippi officer who shot an unarmed 11-year-old gets his job back after a grand jury found he did nothing wrong. 

The Supreme Court is not going to interfere in Trump's immunity claims.  We'll discuss how the court is going to let the appeals play out before weighing in on the election interference case.

A North Carolina Republican Senator is pushing a bill that will withhold federal funds from states like Colorado, which is utilizing the 14th Amendment to keep Trump off the ballot.
