Daniel was no one special when he was taken into exile to Babylon, and yet God chose to use him to bless both the kingdom he served and the kingdom of God. Despite being isolated from the temple of God, his isolation did not stop him from worshiping. But more importantly, through his daily worship, he was able to overcome fear in the face of certain death.
