Derek is joined by comedian Alexander Richards (@bedstuybedguy)! After high school Alex spent some months traveling to and meditating in various Monasteries in Myanmar, Vietnam & Laos. While ultimately finding the experience valuable, he says he mostly just sat and felt awkward.. nothing to think about but all the things that bother you. However, this helped move him to a much better understanding of himself and led him further along his discovery- a great conversation about all sorts of spiritual things!
