In 1967, the first young woman disappeared and was found murdered and, over the next two years, it became clear that a serial killer was terrorizing Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor, Michigan. My dad and friend, Jim, visits the podcast to detail the case of Washtenaw County murders and to discuss how jurisdiction and prosecution strategy played a role in arresting and convicting John Norman Collins.
