My wife and I have started a company called "include." It's a company based on inclusion and creating a conversation to better understand one another. Each month we give back 20% of our proceeds to a non-profit. For the month of February we gave The Dusable Museum of African American history our first donation. For the month of March we are donating towards Growing Strong Sexual Assault Center and making their shirts for an upcoming event called Take Back Night on April 8th in Decatur, IL. Be gentle with me! This was a hard one to share. Opinion based not fact.

 I haven't recorded in a hot minute. Podcasting gives me anxiety so I just hit record and said what came out of my mouth. You might not know me so this life update might not seem interesting but here I am, giving it to you anyway. BUT if you want to know a bit about saging, here you go! I did a quick lesson on that and how I think I am an empath. Might seem crazy but aren't we all a little mad?

Here is some Mental Health History for yah. May is National Mental Health Awareness Month. It is important to be knowledgable in this area because it grows more and more important each and everyday. Spread kind words, not crappy ones. 

In this episode I talk about children living in low income households. In this time of Covid-19 please reach out to homeless shelters to figure out what they are in need of and where you can make a difference.
