Making counting lots of fun with an enjoyable, flowing script and colorful pictures. Each page presents a new number and a clever picture of animals to represent it. The pictures are cute and the book is a great way to introduce children to counting. I'm sure they will be asking for this one and wanting to read at every chance they get.
Counting fun
A joyous little counting resource to reinforce numbers. I like the split between the number and the reward and surprise of the picture. It gives the child time to look at the number and then count the images.

This is just a terrific series! The books all have a consistent look, and are filled with great illustrations that are easy for young readers to process. I'd recommend this book to children just learning to read, as well as to parents of much younger children for an educational read aloud experience. Love this series!

I love the Smart Artt series by this author, so thought I'd check out a few of her other books too. This series is cute and simple. Perfect for helping little ones learn to count to ten. Just enough text to keep young minds interested (with simple lines that rhyme), followed by bright and fun illustrations.
