People want to offer us advice, but some of it, if not a lot of it can be harmful, counterproductive and misguided. They mean well, but norms often think that “all you have to do is quit drinking and everything will be fine.” In this podcast I don't offer advice, I present suggestions and ask YOU to practice making decisions on your own.
