In Ecclesiastes 5, Solomon is warning us about the danger and the emptiness of religion. He was saying to be very careful that religion is not just some coping mechanism or some methodical routine that makes you feel better about yourself.

The answer to a meaningful life is not just being religious or going to church. Because you’ll find that religion, in and of itself, will leave you feeling as empty as anything else.
