Watching Your Breath: Awareness and Meditation practice

Take the time here to begin to notice your breath and observe how you breathe. Breath is our life force, and if we aren't breathing correctly, it can negatively affect our health in many ways such as lowered lung capacity, sinus issues and low energy flows around the body. When we shift into an observation of the breath in meditation, we take time to notice the areas of improvement needed. Meditation in itself, is a practice of the breath. .
