Utah’s valley locations have, in general, had a strong start to the 2026 water year. October precipitation was 233% of normal and November’s was 132% of normal, with two and a half inches of rainfall observed at our SCAN sites during that time. As of Dec. 1, the water-year-to-date precipitation at our SCAN sites stood at 156% of median.
