Water Cooler Forgiveness

We all know that it’s important to forgive. We’ve seen how bitterness and anger can consume people. So, if the dangers are apparent, why is it so hard? Is forgiveness beyond us? And, is it really that bad for us to hold on to little grudges here and there? As difficult as it is, this is simply a topic that we can’t ignore. We must do the difficult work of evaluating the state of our own soul.
