PERC Lone Mountain Fellow John Briscoe, Professor of the Practice of Environmental Engineering and Environmental Health at Harvard, presents on “Water in a Changing World.” Professor Briscoe has devoted his career to critical issues relating to water, natural resources, and economic development in developing nations. Briscoe has launched the Harvard Water Security Initiative, which focuses on major challenges facing countries around the world, including the obstacles to providing people with safe drinking water.
