As 'Storm Bram' descended on Waterford, Deise Today featured a chat with Gabriel Hynes.

Gabriel is Director of Services with Waterford City and Countu Council, dealing with roads, water and the environment.

He spoke to Maria McCann on the preparations ahead of the arrival of the storm - and the efforts the council would be making to minimise the impact.
