Meanwhile, Carl is annoyed with the lack of progress in his cure, as it's been a while since this curse first interrupted his life. Carl visits the veterinary doctor at the park, Dr. Victor, for some kind of update on the cure. The group also investigates the park, specifically anything electrical that could be potentially linked to the odd occurrence at Shark Speedway, leading them to the Black Lagoon.
