Mark is the Watershed Planning Supervisor for Colorado Springs Utilities and the Chair of the Arkansas Basin Roundtable. Jonathan is the Executive Director of the Arkansas River Watershed Collaborative, a nonprofit organization formed by the Ark Basin Roundtable to address watershed health issues.
