Waterville is expected to see a business shuffle, with Uncle Dean's Natural Market seeking to move from Grove Street in the city's South end to the former Save-A-Lot on The Concourse downtown, Favorites, the off-track betting business on College Avenue, moving to the former Habitat for Humanity store on Silver Street downtown and the Waterville Area Soup Kitchen hoping to buy the College Avenue building it shares with off-track betting so as to expand into that space.
