Irving Wexler, aka 'Waxey Gordon', was a Polish Jewish immigrant that was mentored by Arnold Rothstein in the trade of bootlegging. He would become one of the largest bootleggers on the East Coast, and then eventually a kingpin in the Heroin trade.
