The Great One holds that very title for good reason. Coming out of Brantford, Ontario this kid had already managed to score 1000 goals by the time he was 13 in the spring of 1974. In fact he was actually Nicknamed 'The White Tornado' for his white gloves and lightning speed, Gretzky scored an unheard of 378 goals during his final season of pee wee. A sign that he was just getting started. Prior to retiring his historical number 99 he won 4 NHL Stanley Cups in a four year back to back run with the Edmonton Oilers before being traded to several other teams for the remainder of his career.
