Managing Broker and Auctioneer Wayne Keller joined WXAN to talk about his business, Buy A Farm.com. He was the founder of Buy A Farm 27 years ago. He and his wife Jamie have sold over 100,000 acres of property. He was a farmer himself for 17 years in the Sparta area. In this interview Wayne talks about funny experiences at auctions, the difference between a reserve and absolute auction, and gives advice for people who are participating in an auction for the first time.
