Wayne Lasky is the Founder and Managing Director of MaxCap Group, Australia’s leading investment manager specialising in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) debt. He leads the firm’s Investment and Audit, Risk and Compliance Committees. Mr Lasky founded MaxCap in 2007, and under his leadership, the firm successfully navigated the GFC and has grown into a recognised leader in real estate debt investment management, risk management and advisory services. Headquartered in Melbourne, the firm has offices in Sydney and Perth with further expansion planned in 2018.
