Wayne is a proud husband, father of 4, founder and CEO of Ugly Mug Marketing, entrepreneur and author. Over the past 20 years, he has scaled multiple companies and helped hundreds of entrepreneurs do the same with their companies. He has personally worked with clients in over 100 industries – from every corner of the globe. It started when he left a successful sales career to start his own business, and there sure has been some learning points along the way.
