Way Satan distracts Believers

1. He plants lies and doubt in your heart. John 8 verse 44.You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

2. You get easily attracted to worldly things. More like going after things that satisfies your physical pleasure. 1st John 2 verse 15.

Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

He lets you dwell in past.

2nd Corinthians 5 verse 17.

and he died for all, that those who live might no longer live for themselves but for him who for their sake died and was raised.

4. Lust.1st Corinthians 7 verse 5.

Do not deprive one another, except perhaps by agreement for a limited time, that you may devote yourselves to prayer; but then come together again, so that Satan may not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.
