Life often throws things that we don't plan for or even know what to do with.  It can be tempting to use a play we've run before or go to our "person", but what about when all that doesn't work.

The reality of life is that everyone will go through some mountain seasons.  They don't feel good and can be intimidating, BUT GOD!

When mountains come, they're not meant to defeat us.  They're there for a purpose, whether to build our faith or shift us.

We just have to go through them by placing our faith and trust in God.
