Interviewing is like any other skills – you need techniques and practice. It’s similar to a muscle; it will grow stronger when you exercise it more often. I have been on both sides of the table – neither is easy. For candidates, you have to demonstrate your capabilities, connect with the interviewers, bring a lot of positive energies even though sometimes you are really tired.
