Patti Vasquez and guest co-host Soli Santos are joined by Doug Fraser, executive director of The Chicago HELP Initiative (CHI), which provides meals and social services to the those in need while partnering to build community connection, resilience and independence; they will participate in the Feb. 8 Winter Walk fundraiser.
