Schultz discussed the book and touched on the current political climate, highlighting the divide within the Democratic Party between traditional liberals and progressive Democrats. He suggested that a coalescence of these factions is crucial for the party's success. Schultz also discussed the importance of addressing both economic issues and the rise of authoritarianism in American politics.
