Joan Esposito is joined by Jim Coyne, business manager of Plumbers Local 130. The union is sponsoring and hosting WCPT's Senate candidate forum at Chicago Journeymen Plumbers’ Local Union 130 UA, 1340 West Washington Blvd. on February 6.  

Coyne also talked about the union's plumbing apprenticeship program.
