Vinnie and Ryan dive deep into one of the last dozen WCW PPV's ever created. A show that mixes decent matches with terrible match gimmicks......Record contract ladder match, canadian rules match and of course the unforgettable "Judy Bagwell on a Forklift" match.  and when its all said and done there is a 20 minute rant about how WWE/WCW enhancement talent Jim Powers got his signed headshot at a local liquor store.
