In this week’s episode, we're bringing it back to the family with guest Blaine Johnston and talking about working from home amidst the Covid-19 outbreak. Businesses around the world are asking employees to go remote in an effort to reduce the spread of the virus. Most of us aren't used to being home as much as we will be for the next little while, though, and we've got to be proactive to stay healthy and sane along the way.

  1. Don't slip into a social media spiral just because your boss isn't around
  2. Excercise
  3. Honor your work hours! Start at "9" and end at "5"
  4. Be intentional about how you use your home space - the bedroom is for rest, the living room can become your office
  5. Be patient with your new live-in co-workers 
  6. Use some holistic anti-viral supplements & essential oils to help boost your natural immunities **These are NOT suggested as cures for Covid-19**
  7. Use video chat instead of text-only exchanges
  8. Go outside if you are healthy
