Carlie and I are self-proclaimed advanced swimmers. That’s because we were in swimming lessons very young and then had a long career on the town swim team and on the high school swim team. This is the first of our summer episodes strolling down memory lane. It is the only sport that will save your life. Swimming season is coming up. Why don’t you get in the pool?

Our mom is very good at telling us what to do &amp; begins her gentle suggestions with “Why don’t you clean the garage; Why don’t you get married; Why don’t you plant the roses over there."
Listen to us encourage each other and eventually, kicking and screaming, do what our mother tells to do.
