These include job training programs for employers, continuing education credits required to keep certifications, and more creative classes that serve a personal interest. But why should universities be the place where we go to be life-long learners? And how do universities need to change to embrace this opportunity? In this interview with Terry Ratcliff, the Dean of Antioch’s School of Distance and Extended Education, we answer these questions and more.
