Alex is away on assignment this week and Ethan joins the pod to recap a busy 10 days in athletics. We focus the podcast on the European Champs where some tasty races were run and Cris struggles to pronounce every competitor.

The kids continue to run fast and we catch this podcast up with the weekend events (besides NCAAs). NYC Half was a banger and we have a new potential US Marathon contender. It's all here and we're yapping about it!
