We all need something more! Paul understood that as strong as our willpower may be, it is not enough to overcome all temptation or keep our lives honoring the Lord. We need God’s Grace. For if we knew the law but still cannot keep it, and if the power of sin within us keeps sabotaging our best intentions, we need help! We must then realize that we do not have what it takes. If we decide to do good, but we do not do it: We decide not to do bad, but then we do it anyway. We need God’s Grace.
