Hebrews 4:15-16 describes the kind of relationship God wants with us, in that he wants us to be present, not perfect. Because in that verse he tells us that we can come Boldly to the throne of grace. However, when we carry this idea that Jesus only wants relationship with perfect people, isn't that insinuating what he did on the cross wasn't enough to pay the debt of our sin?
And isn't that also saying that imperfect people are disqualified of relationship with God...
