We are to accept one another free of reservation and judgment, but we must also be about helping one another grow into being the very best disciples of Jesus we can be. In the family of God, we must care about one another enough to help each other recognize and correct problem attitudes and behaviors before things actually blow up. We should care enough to coach each other up! To reach one's full potential one needs to be coached up.
