I have survived a week with my mother and my aunt! Why is this so important?

30 years ago, I left New York. I knew I was probably not going back and I knew that I had to let go of everything and everyone I knew, including my family in order to remove myself from what I would call toxicity.

With this very Raw and Real episode I hope to be an inspiration to be congruent with you and the life you would like to live. You know, I've got a family, just like you. I used to get driven crazy by family, just like you. I lived the drama, just like you. Not anymore. I pivoted and I changed the narrative. And you can do it too.
