We are living on our fears, but do not acknowledge this fact. Life has become so conditioned that we instinctively shy away from our fears and want to remain relieved, pleased. We always remain inclined to suppress our fears by explanations.
‘If you do not study hard, you will not get good marks and then a good job.
In your job, boss wants your targets to be completed.
In your business, competitor may take the edge.
Environment pollution will adversely affect human beings.
Fear that nuclear war may wipe out human beings.
If you do not follow law, you will be punished.
Your neighbor has latest devices and so on and you have lagged behind.
Fear of God, if you do not follow religion or other good advices.
If you do not take care of your eating and exercise or other health habits – you will get ill or will get some disease.
Fear that your spouse might cheat on you.
Fear that your account may be hacked; fear that you may be cheated in online transactions and so on.’
Life has become so conditioned that we instinctively shy away from our fears and want to remain relieved, pleased. All our daily activities are geared to cover up our fears.
Can you see that all fears are psychological discomforts?
We always remain inclined to suppress our fears by explanations.
Can you absorb this discomfort as it is?
You are attuned to supreme relaxation with unending friction to operate. Any action is relaxed, conscious now.
You begin to see ‘what is True’.
